1. • Identify and articulate the fundamentals of Lean performance improvement based on respect for people and the elimination of waste
2. • Build skills in observation and the application of Lean tools to real-life health care processes
3. • Learn how to develop a culture of continuous improvement and how to engage front-line staff to drive improvement
4. • Develop an understanding of how PI projects are conducted at CRMC, and how PI projects are tracked and reported out to various groups
5. • Identify the role of change management in facility successful projects

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to  [email protected].
