Overview

The purpose of the program is to comprehensively examine the legal ramifications of patient documentation. This course will provide insight on strategies to help ensure that your documentation is effective and legally defensible. Specific content that will be discussed includes key sources of litigation for healthcare professionals, how medical records are interpreted/analyzed, how to document difficult situations, charting by exception and the pros and cons of electronic documentation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
